Michael will be joining the ‘How to pitch your food tourism stories to media’ panel with journalist Joanna Savill and Sarah Oakes, Editor-in-Chief at Gourmet Traveller.

Michael Rodrigues found a way to turn his passion for travel and F&B into a commercial enterprise, through global publishing brand Time Out which he founded in Australia in 2007. In the course of the last decade he has worked with multiple RTOs across Asia and Australia/NZ to leverage their unique F&B offers in a manner that inspires the audience to travel.
